Little River Food Truck Festival
Rules & Regulations
The company or individual(s) identified on the front of these contracts hereby subscribe for a vendor booth or space at the Little River Food Truck Festival (herein after referred to as Festival) to be held on the grounds of the Little River Sanding located on Watson Avenue in Little River, SC on April 3-4, 2026.
Vendors shall adhere to the rules and regulations set forth herein, and conformance with such rules and regulations is understood to be part of this contract. The signature of the Vendor, or its authorized representative, indicates agreement with all of the provisions of this contract by the Vendor, including its owners, officers, employees, agents, representatives, and independent contractors. Vendors must sign the final page of this application, or it will not be processed.
1. Vendor applications must be accompanied by the total vendor fee to be considered for acceptance. If the vendor application is not accepted, credit cards will not be charged, and any checks or money orders will be promptly returned.
2. Submission of this application does NOT guarantee acceptance into the Little River Food Truck Festival. Vendors will be promptly notified of acceptance or rejection.
3. Photos – a photo of the vendor set up and/or truck is required to be submitted with the vendor application.
4. Vendors shall adhere to the rules and regulations set forth herein, and conformance with such rules and regulations is understood to be part of this contract. The signature of the vendor, or its authorized representative, indicates agreement with all of the provisions of this contract by the vendor, including its owners, officers, employees, agents, representatives, and independent contractors.
5. Booth Space Assignment – Booth space assignment is the responsibility of the Festival management, with best efforts being made to accommodate vendors’ requests for space. Festival management reserves the right to complement merchandise displays and categories.
6. Operation of Booth Space – excessive noise, bothersome lighting, or other use of booth space by a vendor that interferes with the display space of others is prohibited. Vendor’s displays and advertising material shall not protrude into the public areas or otherwise interfere with the movement of visitors to the Festival. The vendor shall not block or interfere with the visibility of an adjoining vendor.
7. Power – vendor must provide its own power by a quiet-running generator that has a noise level rating of 80 decibels or less. For vendors unable to comply with the noise requirement, the Festival reserves the right to reassign vendors’ space to mitigate noise.
8. Water – a water source will be provided, whereby water containers might be filled. Vendors who supply adequate food-grade water hoses can connect to a “water tree” for their water source.
9. Garbage – The Festival will collect bagged garbage at the end of each day. Boxes must be broken down and neatly piled in front of the booth space at the end of each day for collection.
10. Insurance – All FOOD vendors must submit and carry a product liability policy that lists the Little River Food Truck Festival, FunTyme Events, and the Little River Landing as “additional insureds.” This policy must include general liability, personal injury, and blanket liability insurance with limits of no less than $1,000,000.00 per occurrence. No FOOD vendor will be permitted to move in until such a certificate is received.
11. Vendor shall not share, lease, sublet, assign, offer for use, or otherwise convey any portion of its exhibit space to any individual, partnership, corporation, company, firm, or entity without the prior written consent.
12. Cancellation Policy – if the vendor is unable to participate in the Little River Food Truck Festival, an email or written notification must be received by the Festival no less than 30 days prior to the Festival. No refunds will be issued after 30 days prior to the Festival.
13. Upon submission of the vendor application, the vendor must electronically submit a recent photo of their food truck or trailer to hbullard@sc.rr.com.
